K-pop Goes Digital: TWICE, KCON:TACT 2020 and other live streams to catch this weekend

Missing your favourite artists? Kpop stans can look forward this weekend to an exciting line-up of performances through various livestreams!

Into its ninth year of bringing the ultimate Korean culture fan experience worldwide, KCON will be held virtually for the first time, due to the current COVID-19 situation. 

KCON:TACT 2020 SUMMER will be held across a week from 20 June to 26 June, featuring scores of celebrities, totaling 200. They include Chungha, Mamamoo, MONSTA X, Kang Daniel, IZ*ONE, ITZY and more.

Fans can expect a highly immersive concert experience as they get to interact in real-time with their favourites and influence the show via live polls and chat boards. 

The music festival will be streamed globally on Mnet Kpop YouTube Channel with English subtitles for their subscribed members. Viewers in Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines will be able to tune in for free through Shopee.

Girl group TWICE will also be holding a showcase this weekend on Facebook Live – in an exclusive livestream hosted by Define® by ACUVUE®.

Fresh from their recent comeback, fans can get, albeit virtually, up close and personal with the nation’s girl group, and even hear from the members themselves on personal beauty tips.

The virtual performance will be livestreamed on 20th June from 8PM KST. To join, simply follow the steps below:
