More than just singers, BTS will soon feature on the big screens

SINGAPORE – Have you heard of this “idol”? It’s none other than the boyband that had taken the world by storm, the worldwide global extravaganza, BTS.

After dropping their Love Yourself 結 ‘Answer’ which is the band’s third Korean compilation album on 16 July 2018, the group went on to the United States for their stateside tour and well, as you’ve might already guessed it, they were all the rage. The septet went on to guest on renowned programmes like The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Graham Norton Show in the United Kingdom.

Is it deemed logical to argue that BTS connects fans from all over the world together through their music? Are they serving a bigger purpose for the world? Well, it is ubiquitous to see their concerts packed no matter where they tour, be it in their home country Seoul, or to Los Angeles in the United States or even to somewhere nearer to Asia like Japan. If we look at something more recent, the band went to deliver a speech at the United Nations UNICEF Event.

The speech that moved thousands, maybe millions to tears. The intent was clear. Love Yourself. This is the very message that was hoped to be spread through their albums as well. How did it all begin? How did the 7 boys rise to stardom? You should get your answers after having watched this film.

Many doubted the boys’ ability during their debut, whether it was a mere haphazard hit for fame or did the septet actually possess legitimate skills cut for the industry for them to earn their mega success? We would settle for the latter.

Bangtan Boys, better known by BTS will soon star in their very own feature film Burn the Stage: the Movie. This is the first feature film from BTS that gives fans the most intimate look to date from the 2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR which drew more than 550,000 fans across 40 concerts spanning 19 cities.

Check out the synopsis of the movie:

Burn the Stage: the Movie is the first movie from BTS, going behind-the-scenes of the BTS WINGS TOUR to reveal the full story of the band’s meteoric rise to fame. Exclusive tour footage and brand-new one-on-one interviews with BTS members give fans an unprecedented glimpse into their lives and an opportunity for everyone to celebrate together in movie theaters worldwide.

In simple words, the movie will bring to you some exclusive stories from the boys as well as behind-the-scenes footages that you won’t want to miss out.

Of course, the movie captures the boys’ most memorable, most phenomenal, most groundbreaking moments on stage. But, are they really like that when they strip off the “idol” aspect of them? You’ll find out in the film.
